This is the first part of establishing a successful partnership. In this phase we will identify your goals, priorities, preferences, as well as any potential obstacles. Along with this, we will mutually establish what your expectations are for us and whether an ongoing partnership is the right fit. This meeting is at no cost.
Following this meeting we will outline the services we are offering and our fees and costs involved if you choose to continue the process and build an advice relationship with us. We are always open and transparent about our fees and charges.
Fact Find Phase
Based on our introductory meeting, we now want to take a deeper dive into your situation. During this phase we can begin to sketch a preliminary plan as we engage in a more comprehensive discussion about your personal and financial goals. The more open this phase is, the more detailed and personal our plan and strategies can be developed.
Presentation of the plan
Now it is time to set you up with a plan. Based on our discussions, we can deliver an easy to follow roadmap that will lead you towards your financial goals. We will specifically address the areas that are of greatest importance to you: retirement savings, investment options, risk management, insurance, estate planning, and detail the steps needed to address each area.
Now is the time to put the plan into action for you. We partner with you to follow through with the implementation of your advice and strategies.
On-going Review and Support
Your priorities, situation and goals inevitably shift through time which is why we see those clients benefit most when they enter into an annual on-going advice arrangement with us. We embrace getting to know you personally and this regular contact builds our relationship. As your life and circumstances alter we will be a consistent presence to ensure that your plan stays at the forefront of your mind and grows with you.
